2012 Season

REGISTRATION DATES
Returning players and cheerleaders will be Tuesday, May 22nd
from 6:30pm - 8:00pm at the NIKE base on Whitehaven Road.

New participant registration will be on Wednesday, May 30th
from 6:30pm - 8:00pm at the NIKE base on Whitehaven Road.
New participants are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate.

Please bring TWO completed copies of registration form
with you to registration, including all medical/shot info.
