OPENING:
President
Mike Mosher called the meeting to order at 6:47pm in the Nike Base Equipment
Room.
ROLL
CALL:
The Board
Members present were: Mike Mosher,
Ken Genova, Sean Muggli, Shirley Marsh, Sue Bass, Pat Mongan, Scott Buzby and
Reine Akers. Also, present were:
Todd Brandon and guest speaker Mr. Elberson.
APPROVAL
OF MINUTES:
The March
minutes were distributed and motion to approve by Sean and second by Ken.
TREASURER’S
REPORT:
Sean
distributed Budget vs. Actual and balance $6218.83.
Motion to approve by Shirley and second by Scott.
COMMISSIONER’S
REPORT:
Per Mike
Lockport hosting coaches clinic June 20th. Last weekend of games
Oct.24/25, Nov. 1/2nd playoff and Nov. 7/8th Super Bowl. Waiver players age and 20lbs uner for whole season to Dec. 1st.
Assigning Scheduling Committee, good idea for Scott to be on!
CHEERLEADER
COORDINATOR’S REPORT:
Per Pat,
getting ready for registration…nothing else to report.
EQUIPMENT
COORDINATOR’S REPORT:
Per Todd,
ready for registration. Nothing to
report on the request to Antoine Thompson.
Dick’s coupons from the league!? Will be selling old game pants for $5
at registration to be used for practice.
CONCESSION
STAND COORDINATOR’S REPORT:
Per
Shirley ordered letters for signage, going to Tues. for approval for sign at
TOPS.
FUNDRAISER’S
REPORT:
Per Sue,
met with Angelo and he wants bigger orders; Dan has some different logos for Sue
to see; checking on the magnets ½ football ½ megaphone for registration; Mike
requests 2 Bowl game sponsors for $250 from local establishment.
FIELD
COMMITTEE:
Shirley
will contact Tammy for the presence of the Fire dept.
BANQUET:
Will be Nov 15th at 3pm at the Niagara Falls Convention
Center.
