MEETING MINUTES
OPENING:
President
Mike Mosher called the regular meeting to order at
Nike
Base Equipment Room.
ROLL
CALL:
The
Board Members present were: Mike
Mosher, John Chiarenza, Reine
Akers, Traci Goc, Todd Brandon, Sean Muggli,
Joe Boudrow, Pete Terlecky
and Shirley Marsh.
APPROVAL
OF MINUTES:
The
March minutes were distributed. Motion
made by Shirley to accept and second by Traci to approve the minutes.
Motion approved.
Approval
for coaches: 85lb Tracy Akers,
105’s John Chiarenza, no one for 135’s and for
Blue cheerleading Michelle Green. Background
checks be done before the first practice whether it
be done by Joe or Mike and coaches should give a list of their prospective
assistants as soon as possible or for the next meeting.
TREASURER’S
REPORT:
Sean
distributed the report thru
COMMISSIONER’S
REPORT:
Joe
distributed the minutes from April’s meeting.
Distributed Dick’s discounts and we mention and distribute at
registration. “Cleat Night” get 20% discount, advertise it tentatively for
July 12th.
CHEERLEADING
COORDINATOR’S REPORT:
Discussion
as to what the charge for registration for new and returning cheerleaders, it
was agreed upon $85 for veteran and $150 for new.
WEBSITE:
It
was agreed that Reine go to Isle de Grande, if under
$1000. do new one, get these forms done! Joe
to find out who does Clarence and other team sites.
REGISTRATION:
Todd
doing the actual registration form and Reine to get
all copies of everything and picture release, at least 166.
Reine will be mailing the newsletter and place ad
for open registration only!
EQUIPMENT
COORDINATOR’S REPORT:
Per
Todd, helmets came in without face mask which he and spouse had to do; footballs
should be here in a few weeks; sled arrived, had it re-shipped to brothers
place, will check on possibly chain it to goal post.
CONCESSION
STAND REPORT:
Per
Shirley, pricing pizza’s this month. Tops
for Shirley only on account; Ask Tammy for ice, ½
garbage bag from fire hall!!?? Also, is checking more on a
ice maker…
FUNDRAISER’S
REPORT:
Per
Pete, raffle tickets are printed, stapled and getting packaged. Thought of doing
1st and 2nd prize for top sellers; 50/50 probably do the
same and get a helper; hoodies only from Dan approx.
500 okay?; he will have corporate sponsorship at registration and asked if
anyone can help with asking on a “personal” level; have a drop-off at the
snack stand; and possible other fundraisers candy, Avon, kids book…
